Privacy policy
This policy covers the mycaloriesfeedback.com website. Data handled inside the app is covered by a separate policy, linked at the bottom of this page.

The site collects no personal data
This is a presentation site. There is no form, no sign-up, no login area and no database. No name, no e-mail address, no health data and no photo is entered or stored here.
The only thing you can send us from this site is an e-mail you choose to write to didier.rubin97@gmail.com. That e-mail is kept for as long as it takes to answer you.
Audience and advertising measurement trackers
The site may set two trackers, and only after your explicit consent:
- Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, Ireland) — purpose: measure visits coming from Facebook, Instagram and Audience Network ads, and measure clicks through to the app. Cookie lifetime: up to 13 months.
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — purpose: site audience measurement, page views, traffic sources. Cookie lifetime: up to 13 months; analytics data kept for 14 months at most.
Both services send technical data (IP address, browser identifier, pages viewed, click events) to Meta Platforms Ireland and Google Ireland as recipients. These transfers may involve processing outside the European Union, framed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Legal basis: your consent (GDPR article 6.1.a and article 82 of the French Data Protection Act).
Your consent, and how to withdraw it
No tracking script loads before you click «Accept». On your first visit a banner appears with two buttons of equal visual weight: «Accept» and «Decline». Declining is exactly as easy as accepting: one click, same place, same format.
If you decline, no measurement cookie is set and nothing is sent to Meta or Google. Your choice is stored on your device (browser local storage) so you are not asked again on every visit. That technical storage does not identify you.
You can change your mind at any time: the «Manage cookies» link in the footer of every page brings the banner back.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights over data concerning you:
- Right of access: confirm whether data about you is processed, and get a copy.
- Right to rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Right to erasure: ask for your data to be deleted.
- Right to object: object to the processing, in particular advertising measurement.
- Right to portability: receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
- Right to restriction of processing.
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to didier.rubin97@gmail.com. You will get an answer within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL): 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France, or online at cnil.fr. You may also contact the supervisory authority of your own country.
Data handled by the app
Your account, meal photos, nutrition analyses and history are handled by the MyCaloriesFeedback app, not by this site. That processing is described in the app's own privacy policy, available inside the app and on its Google Play listing.
